Am very, very hyper. See, that's what band does to me when we only march for half an hour and play for two and a half. I get all into it and give it all I've got, and then we don't march for long enough that I come home and collapse, so I come home and bounce off the walls instead.

Also, it's my mom's birthday today, and we went to go see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Fabulous

Ha ha, just kidding! :) I have lots more to say about Charlie & the Chocolate Factory! Like:

1. The oompa-loompas win at absolutely everything! They killed me! :) The way they kept popping up everywhere - "Doris", the shrink, the one watching Oprah in the TV room, the nurses in the puppet burn center ("it's relatively new" *nervous laugh*) - and when they all titter when the boat pulls up! I was gasping with laughter during just about all of their scenes!

2. Veruca Salt: "You could put her in a county fair." *catty face*

3. The TV scene with the 2001 thing - OMFG, I was dying in that scene!

4. Willy Wonka & his scary dentist dad! And when he runs away to the hall of flags, or whatever!! Ahahahaha!

5. Grandma Georgina: "I like grapes!"

and

6. Grandpa George: "You don't know what we're talking about!"

Grandma Georgina: *quaveringly* "Dragonflies?"

7. Grandpa George: (to Charlie) "Do you want to be a DUMMY?"

Charlie: "No, sir."

Grandpa George: "Then get that MUD off yer pants!"

8. Grandma Georgina: (to Willy) "You smell like PEAnuts. I love peanuts!"

Willy Wonka: "You smell like... old people. And soap. *pause* I like it."



Just - the entire movie, really. I thought it was brilliant! :D

Yes, yes, yes. OMG. I agree with everything. SO MUCH LOVE! Johnny Depp is the absolute King of mildly insane characters. Just--YES. And YES Oompa Loompas! The scene in the jungle of what, Oompa Loompa Land? Priceless! And the dance numbers, and, ahhhhhh, everything. There were so many good things about this movie.
