My trip was fantastic. More about that after some sleep. I am in need to sleep because it is difficult to sleep in a car. Car, not plane. Because my flight was canceled, along with everything else leaving the city. Which left me alone in NYC, on my first unaccompanied flight ever, with a grand total of $15. Somehow this led to car. From new york to michigan is a 13 hour drive, which we made through the night. We, by the way, equals myself and three strangers I had never met before in my life.

my life is insane.

Haha, isn't life wonderful in that way. You never know where you'll end up.

Last night must've been a bad flight night because my dad's flight from San Francisco to Oregon was delayed 2 and a half hours and my friend's mom is stuck in Kentucky for a day because of delays and cancellations. Weird. But glad you got home safe :)

holy shit

You know, one day in 7th grade I missed the bus home and was walking home and it was rainy as all get out (what a weird expression) and this 40ish y/o woman drives up and says "do you need a ride home?" and I said yes and she took me home and I got so much flak from Those Who Cared About Me At The Time for about two weeks about getting in the car with strangers as if the woman had said "hey little boy want some candy?"

Glad you are home. I want to hear about this little adventure!

P.S. I think that sometime next week you, hannah, myself, AND charles will all be in town so we can do the fun be served dinner thing at your place. Let's plan soon! :)
