As was demonstrated in an interview with Katie Couric, Sarah Palin is unable to name any Supreme Court Case other than Roe v. Wade.

Lawrence v. Texas, 2005
This case invalidated sodomy laws, as well as upheld a consenting adult's right to sexual privacy. Two men were arrested in their home for engaging in anal sex. The case went all the way to the Supreme Court, who ruled that it was a violation of liberties to arrest consenting adults on basis of private sexual acts, and that citizens are protected against all types of discrimination, including sexual orientation.
