Things:
1. Competition yesterday. We got a 68.35. In our flight, we took second (again only behind the rly good band that will probably be top three in the state). Overall (which doesn't matter at all but is interesting to look at) we took third: The rly good band, another rly good band that will certainly be high ranked in their flight, and then us, out of 14 bands who were there altogether. Whooo! And, we were again about ten points ahead of Rival Band. HAH. I personally didn't march that well because the performance for the competition was the first time I'd marched the show that day (I missed morning rehearsal for #2) but overall we just on. Yay!
2. Youth in Government training day in the morning and afternoon Saturday. Bill writing and voting and talking about things yay!
3. Hanging out with boy after YIG before band. We watched a movie, then he took a shower. I stayed on the couch and fell asleep. He woke me up by kissing my forehead and handing me dinner that he'd made. oh. ♥
4. Senior pictures next week! So this week, hahah: Tuesday dentist, Wednesday haircut and arches, Thursday highlights. Woot.
5. No school tomorrow omg yay!
6. Am painting my room! I have the base coat on two walls done and am very proud of myself and also covered in paint. I was worried that the color wasn't right, but after I did more of it it sort of fit better. And, if it's really bothering me in a month or two, it's not that hard to repaint it.

Just small stuff--like, a few of my friends were over at my house a few weeks ago. I made him soup because he wasn't feeling well. And he ended up sharing half of it with one of my friends who was also a little sick. Or, last night, one of my friends wanted to buy a cd and was saying that she wanted her boyfriend to walk over so that he could contribute to the Meagan-needs-a-cd fund. She needed $12 and had $10. And so he just pulls two dollars out of his wallet and hands it to her. She's like *_* and he says "So I'm a nice guy. Don't tell anyone." Hahahah. Cutie. :)

YES! I have three walls done and half the ceiling! I need to finish the fourth wall and the ceiling, do the detail work in the corners and around the windows and whatever, and then the border around the top. I've been taking pictures as I go, so there will be a sequential picspam of the transformation!

Yay, picspam! What color did you paint it anyhow? Colors are pretty. Mmmm, colors.
I think your wall-painting has inspired me to finish my homework early. :) No mom-guilt-tripping tonight!
