I also went to see The Devil Wears Prada this morning with the incomparable nadia_skye and we had quite a nice time. Meryl Streep really is quite the actress. And the guy behind us enjoyed it a lot. Heh.

I got mail from my beloved thinkpink4891 and it was lovely. Thanks, sweetie.

This movie is really on crack and totally awesome in a cover-your-eyes-and-weep kind of way. This movie is brilliant and cracktastic, and made by someone with too much time on their hands. (both worksafe, btw)

Oh, PS, I forgot to say. I also got my ACT results back today. I wasn't expecting them to be very good because I wasn't feeling well the day on the test and couldn't concentrate properly, but I managed a 31 which is both two points up from my score the first time I took it, and a pretty decent score on the whole. Yay me.

31 is a decent score? Shit! I am dummer than a fucking monkey then. I only got a 19 and got into every college I wanted to (and have a Masters to boot, now). I dont think I could have EVER scored a 31.

Be proud of yourself! That's an amazing score!

31 is a very decent score. =] How was "The Devil Wears Prada" on the whole? I saw a poster ad for it the last time I went to mall, but I have no clue what it's about.

Ahahah. Yeah. I was actually pretty surprised, because I felt like crap that day and couldn't concentrate very well. It was kind of funny...the sections that happened later in the test, I did noticably worse on than the early ones. I was losing focus and stuff. Boo. But yeah, I did ok, so I don't think I'll retake it. I was aiming for something with a 3 in front, and 31 counts. :)

It's about the magazine editor of Vogue. It's called something else in the movie, but it's about Vogue, haha. And there's the bitchy demanding editor in chief (Meryl Streep, who really did a fantastic job) and the young frumpy assistant who turns into a glamorous swan (Anne Hathaway in yet another makeover movie...). It was fine. Not anything that I'd go watch over and over, but was entertaining. I'd give it 3 stars out of fine.
